Job Summary
Build and maintain lasting client relationships by managing communications, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance on deliverables. Drive account retention and growth through strong performance while monitoring accounts against key metrics. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure success, conduct regular business reviews using internal reporting tools, and communicate directly with clients via in-person, phone, and electronic channels. Exhibit knowledge of the hotel industry and travel as necessary to meet client needs. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 3–5 years of account management experience
- Previous account management experience
- Strong negotiation, teaching, and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and deliver superior service with accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism and initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exhibiting knowledge of hotel industry and markets associated with client industry
- Traveling as necessary to meet client needs
