Job Summary

Account Manager for Consumer Care in Houston drives revenue by promoting Galderma’s consumer skincare portfolio to healthcare providers. Responsibilities include planning and executing field-based product promotion activities, conducting face-to-face sales calls with healthcare professionals, distributing samples, and attending company-sponsored meetings (some evenings/weekends). Travel to support territory goals and meet KPIs (e.g., HCP satisfaction, coupon redemption, POS) is required. Build and maintain relationships with providers and their staff, manage resources and territory activities, and perform administrative duties such as tracking samples and notes in the company reporting system. Requires a Bachelor's degree and outside B2B sales experience; strong business acumen, communication, interpersonal, and CRM/MS Office skills; willingness to travel as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university is required
  • Two (2) years of outside business to business sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to travel overnight as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to build relationships and add value in every interaction
