Job Summary
Account Manager for CGM handling a portfolio of 6–10 high-growth B2B technology clients. Serve as the trusted strategic point of contact, lead quarterly business reviews and monthly adjustment calls, own onboarding, and maintain proactive executive-level communications. Drive account planning, health management, risk mitigation, and revenue expansion by aligning CGM’s capabilities with client goals. Act as the client-facing anchor of a cross-functional pod, coordinating with Paid Media, Demand Capture, and GTM Engineering to ensure outcomes are tied to client business goals. Transition from sales to client services with clear strategic alignment from day one, and continually surface growth opportunities and renewal signals while maintaining executive stakeholder relationships across VP and C-suite levels.
