Job Summary
Senior Account Manager for ID.me Communities is responsible for the health, retention, and aggressive expansion of select commercial and eRetailing accounts within the Communities segment (e.g., Military, First Responders, Students, Teachers, Nurses). You’ll own revenue growth through 100% net retention via renewal management and land-and-expand opportunities within existing portfolios, leading end-to-end expansion opportunities from discovery to contract amendment and closing. You’ll manage renewal processes starting 180 days out, mitigate churn, navigate complex procurement hurdles for multi-year renewals and master service agreements, and collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and success. You will engage with key decision-makers in procurement, translate performance data into ROI during Executive Business Reviews, and serve as the strategic liaison between customers and Product teams to influence the roadmap based on retail-specific needs. Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and collaborative leadership are essential to drive growth, retention, and customer value in a fast-growing enterprise software environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying account management, customer success, or hunter sales role
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce, MarTech, and performance marketing personas and budgets
- Track record of YoY quota achievement, retention targets, and top-performer status
- Experience closing opportunities with ACVs ranging from $100k to $1m on 6-12 month sales cycles
