Job Summary

Commercial Account Manager to drive growth across a mid-market SaaS portfolio. Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion, identifying new revenue opportunities, and managing a healthy pipeline. Responsibilities include achieving quarterly/annual revenue targets, executing upsell/cross-sell/expansion, developing account plans, engaging stakeholders to demonstrate platform value, delivering pipeline forecasts, partnering with BDRs, CS, and Solutions Engineers to support the sales cycle, negotiating and closing renewals, and tracking market trends and customer feedback. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with experience engaging Directors and VPs; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 2–4 years in SaaS/software sales or account management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in a SaaS or software sales or account management role
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience engaging mid-level stakeholders (Directors, VPs)
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to manage a high-volume account portfolio
  • Collaborative mindset — comfortable working cross-functionally with CS, presales, and product teams
