Job Summary
Account Manager for Commercial Lines responsible for servicing a complex book of insurance, managing client renewals, coordinating with producers and underwriters, quoting and pricing negotiations, and ensuring accurate policy documentation and client satisfaction. Requires strong customer service, communication, and organization skills, experience in a brokerage or property/casualty environment, and proficiency with agency-management systems (EPIC preferred).
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- P&C Insurance Producer License Required
- Alaska specific experience a plus
- 5+ years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
