Job Summary
Oversee the production staff of the agency in goal setting and sales training while actively partnering to network and plan for new producers, clients, and business opportunities. Monitor, review, and report on key metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved, execute sales activity documentation accurately, and collaborate with team members to mentor staff and answer questions. Interface with insurance company representatives and underwriters to determine market availability, coordinate marketing efforts with the Marketing Coordinator, and quote premiums on potential new policies when necessary. Requires a valid state insurance license, two years of commercial lines experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Full-time position with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
