Account Manager (Commercial Landscaping)

Manage existing client relationships and drive retention by understanding individual customer needs and providing constructive, courteous service focused on problem solving. Lead new business development by prospecting potential clients, cultivating relationships with existing customers, and organizing networking events to foster industry connections. Create client proposals, contracts, and estimates that meet objectives and are accurately priced, while maintaining the Landscape Quality Audit process with the Production Manager to identify maintenance needs. Collaborate with production teams to find delivery solutions and promote high standards for safety and core values. This role offers a salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 annually, includes a company vehicle, and provides access to profit sharing, 401K matching, and comprehensive benefits.
