Account Manager (Commercial Landscaping)

Manage existing client relationships and drive retention by understanding individual customer needs and promoting high standards for service, safety, and LandCare's culture. Create client proposals, contracts, and estimates that meet objectives while coordinating between client expectations and production reality to ensure quality. Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential clients, organizing networking events, and engaging property owners on sustainable landscape solutions. Maintain the Landscape Quality Audit process with the Production Manager to identify maintenance needs and enhancement opportunities. This full-time role offers a base salary of $75,000-$95,000, includes a company vehicle, and provides access to mentorship, training, and the Women's Initiative Network.
