Account Manager (Commercial Landscaping)

Job Summary
Oversee field operations for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients by conducting regular site walkthroughs, resolving client concerns, and building long-term relationships to drive retention and ancillary sales. Develop accurate estimates, deliver timely bid proposals, and generate referrals from the existing client base while collaborating with the Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations. Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews, enforce safety policies, and maintain proper account documentation in the CRM system to ensure branch financial goals are met. This role requires a combination of mobile and sedentary work, with more than half the time spent working away from the office on job sites. Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership
- Preferably in the landscaping industry or local marketplace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
- Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment/system, such as a laptop, cell phone, and sales and operational programs/tools
- Ability to travel by car, train, and plane
- Ability to traverse uneven grounds and walk on job sites with clients and the branch team for periods of time up to 4 hours
- Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur
