Account Manager (Commercial Landscaping)

Account Manager for a commercial landscaping portfolio serving as the primary point of contact for landscape maintenance clients. Responsible for building long-term client relationships that promote satisfaction and retention, overseeing field operations, and driving ancillary (enhancement) sales. Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs, deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects, generate referrals, and communicate leads to the Business Developer. Build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure quality and service, resolve client concerns, ensure timely account renewals, assess site enhancement needs during visits, and collaborate with Operations to meet or exceed service delivery. Lead hiring, training, and coaching of field crews, promote safety policies, maintain branch financial goals through margin management on base and ancillary services, and assist the Branch Manager with leadership and documentation in the CRM. Requires collaboration across the branch and field teams, travel to job sites, and strong communication to sustain client satisfaction and growth.
