Job Summary
Account Manager for Commercial Landscape Services in Sarasota: own and manage a book of business with P&L responsibility, lead renewals for maintenance contracts, and drive profitability by coordinating with operations to ensure site quality and customer satisfaction. Conduct site walks, maintain strong client relationships, and aim for 95%+ client retention. Identify and close enhancement opportunities and sales, forecast growth, and develop timely proposals. Manage budgets, forecasts, and job costs, and maintain gross margins of 45% or higher. Collaborate with production teams on scheduling, pricing, and quality control; ensure administrative tasks and documentation are completed accurately. Preferred: 2+ years’ experience in landscape maintenance or related field and a two- or four-year degree in landscape horticulture or business; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; proficiency with landscape management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office. Requires the ability to pass background check, MVR review, and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Manager in landscape maintenance or related field.
