Job Summary
As an Account Manager in Commercial Insurance, you will act as a trusted advisor, developing and managing client relationships while identifying their business needs for effective insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include managing client interactions throughout the sales and service process, recommending appropriate coverage, managing policy renewals, changes, and cancellations, and leveraging software to manage leads. The role requires a RIBO License, strong communication skills, the ability to build authentic relationships, excellent time management, and a readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
