Account Manager - Commercial Insurance (Construction / Contractors)

Account Manager for Commercial Insurance (Construction/Contractors). Manage an assigned book of business, coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolve complex issues, and ensure no errors or omissions. Responsibilities include maintaining technical competence, directing the account management team, handling policy administration, billing, claims, renewals, and client submissions; researching and presenting renewal proposals; monitoring accounts receivable; maintaining agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms; ensuring timely activity and proactive service; maintaining open communication with the account team; championing IOA values and pursuing continuous improvement. Requires active P&C license, 3-5 years of account management experience (or 5+ years in insurance), strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Hybrid remote/work: option for 1 day in an office (NY) or fully remote within Eastern/Central Time Zones; some onsite work may be required depending on policy and branch needs.
