Job Summary
Manage an assigned book of business by providing day-to-day client service, supporting account retention efforts, coordinating policy administration activities, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of service deliverables. Respond to client inquiries, process policy changes and billing requests, conduct coverage analysis, and maintain positive relationships through responsive service. Monitor activity and suspense systems to ensure timely task completion while following company policies and compliance requirements. Assist with accounts receivable monitoring and resolve billing issues as needed. Gather underwriting information for renewals and support proposal development. Serve as a subject matter expert for complex service matters, provide guidance on coverage and claims issues, and lead team workflows to meet quality and productivity expectations. Negotiate coverage terms, pricing, and conditions for complex portfolios. Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and coordinate strategic account planning with producers.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10+ years of commercial insurance experience
- Active P&C license
- 3+ years of account management experience
- 5+ years of insurance industry experience
- Active insurance license
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations
- Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of account management experience
- 7+ years of insurance industry experience
- Active insurance license
- Advanced knowledge of insurance brokerage operations
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 8+ years of insurance industry experience
- 10+ years of client relationship, sales, or marketing experience
- Active insurance license
- CIC or equivalent professional designation
- Strong strategic consulting, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated success managing complex client portfolios
- Excellent communication, delegation, leadership, and customer advocacy skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
