Job Summary
Account Manager for commercial construction services responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and representing the company in client meetings, job sites, industry events, and networking functions. You will coordinate with internal operations and project teams to ensure excellent customer service and project execution, maintain ongoing communication with clients through project lifecycles, track sales activities and opportunities in CRM, identify customer needs, and support strategic growth initiatives and market expansion. Travel to client meetings, project visits, and industry events is required. Key skills include sales, business development, relationship management, strong interpersonal and presentation abilities, client services, CRM/software proficiency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management, business development, customer relationship management, client services, leadership roles, or competitive team environments
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Experience developing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, or relationship-driven sales activities
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to represent the company in professional and social business settings
- Ability to travel for client meetings, project visits, and industry events
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or customer relationship management software
