Account Manager/Collections Specialist

Job Summary
Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts and maintain long-standing relationships. Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received. This on-site, full-time role in Sandpoint, ID requires Monday through Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with remote eligibility for those residing within an hour of the office after initial training. Eligible for incentive pay based on performance. Pure Water Partners, a specialty finance company in the bottle-free water marketplace, seeks candidates with collections, customer service, or sales experience to strengthen our growing team.
