ACCOUNT MANAGER / COLLECTION SPECIALIST

Contact all customers whose Rental Agreements have expired to determine their needs, expectations, or problems, prioritizing re-selling the agreement and educating customers over simple collection. Demonstrate diligence, urgency, impartiality, and consistency while handling field collections, de-installations, and voluntary merchandise turn-ins. Mail letters according to the program and contact references on accounts that do not return calls. Schedule voluntary turn-ins when bringing an agreement current is unlikely. This role requires a valid state driver license with a clean driving history and includes drug screening and background checks. Prior experience in sales, rental, or account collection is important.
