ACCOUNT MANAGER / COLLECTION SPECIALIST

Contact all customers whose Rental Agreements have expired to determine their needs, expectations, or problems, prioritizing re-selling the agreement and educating the customer over simple collection. Demonstrate diligence, urgency, impartiality, and consistency while recognizing opportunities to renew agreements. Handle field collections and de-installations, schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise, and contact references on accounts that do not return calls. Mail letters according to the mail program. This role requires a valid state driver license with a clean driving history, drug screen, and background check, with prior experience in sales, rental, or account collection being important.
