Job Summary
Proactive and relationship-focused Account Manager to manage client accounts, support customer satisfaction, and help drive business growth. Responsibilities include building long-term client relationships, managing accounts and responding to client needs, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, monitoring account performance and identifying growth opportunities, preparing reports and account updates, onboarding new clients, resolving client concerns, supporting business development and client retention efforts, and maintaining accurate account records. Key skills include strong communication and relationship-building abilities, excellent organizational and time management skills, the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, familiarity with CRM systems and spreadsheets, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
