Job Summary
Support the General Manager in building a high-performing team, implementing systems to enhance operational efficiency, and maintaining open communication for smooth property operations. Build strong relationships with local schools, community organizations, and businesses while participating in outreach events to boost leasing performance. Maintain 99% occupancy and 98% collection rates by overseeing financial transactions, processing leases, and managing vendor payments within property management software. Provide first-class service to residents and prospects, actively network with university officials to strengthen community partnerships, and assist the leasing team in showing apartments. This role offers broad exposure to all aspects of property management for an experienced Leasing Agent seeking to advance their career.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; or 2–4 years of experience in student housing or a similar property management setting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong accounting skills and comfort with financial software
- Proficiency in property management platforms (Entrata preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and industry best practices
