Job Summary
The Account Manager - Client Relations will communicate effectively with customers and maintenance production staff to ensure quality service, meet sales goals for landscape and snow, and build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, producing professional proposals, reviewing project specifications, and proactively addressing potential issues to enhance customer satisfaction. The candidate should possess an Associate's Degree, with a Bachelor's being preferred, along with 3-5 years of sales experience and previously demonstrated operational management in landscaping.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years previous sales experience
- Prior landscape operations management experience required
- Superb professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to effectively coordinate and complete numerous activities simultaneously
- The capacity to drive to all work sites and conduct tours and visual inspections of the landscape
Desired Qualifications
- Horticultural knowledge strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- BOSS, Aspire or landscape management software experience a huge plus
