Job Summary
Lead strategy, planning, and implementation across assigned client portfolios while overseeing financial health through invoicing, reconciliation, and budget management. Act as the technical expert and coach for direct reports, ensuring excellence in the media process from start to finish. Proactively anticipate client needs to drive cross-pillar commercial solutioning and business growth, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and taking full accountability for team results and long-term outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with 1-2 direct reports
- Ability to effectively manage invoicing and reconciliation of assigned client budgets
- Ability to identify and lead initiatives that drive business growth and success
- Ability to begin looking to cross-pillar commercial solutioning and strategy
- Ability to anticipate and proactively address potential issues that may arise in client relationships
- Demonstration of understanding of interpersonal dynamics
- Ability to act strategically and build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Ability to take responsibility for delivering outputs across planning, buying, implementation, reporting
- Ability to assume ownership of a number of clients
- Ability to accept full accountability for the results of one's actions, decisions, and the impact on others
- Ability to take a long term versus task-based view
- Ability to proactively seek out opportunities to improve accountability within their teams
- Ability to begin to develop skills in people management and complex client management
