Job Summary
Account Manager position at CLEAResult focused on sustaining and growing customer accounts within Michigan. Responsibilities include acting as the on-site company representative to customers, maintaining and developing accounts to meet kWh goals, resolving customer concerns, recording and tracking interactions, verifying installations and paperwork, selling technical products/services, training on technical specifications and program requirements, researching current and future technical specs with engineering, preparing sales forecasts, troubleshooting technical issues, proposing solutions, and traveling across a defined territory with company-provided vehicle. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of relevant industry experience and a bachelor’s degree (preferred), with DOT requirements as applicable.
