Job Summary
Account Manager at CLEAResult focused on building and maintaining relationships with Contractor/Trade Ally networks across local, regional, and national markets. You will verify product installations and documentation, sell technical products/services, train on specifications and program requirements, develop strategies to drive increased energy-savings acquisitions, and collaborate with engineering/program teams on current/future technical specs. Responsibilities include maintaining and expanding accounts to meet kWh goals, designing and delivering proposals, documenting interactions to program standards, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing on-site guidance and training. Travel within a defined territory using a company vehicle to support program objectives and stakeholder engagement. required background includes 2-3 years in the industry and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The role also involves ensuring program compliance, conducting forecasts, and acting as the local on-site representative to encourage participation and overcome barriers.
Required Qualifications
