Job Summary
Facility Services Manager oversees business operations for an assigned client in NW Ohio, managing client relationships, contracts, and contractor performance. Responsibilities include negotiating agreements, procuring supplies, ensuring client satisfaction, coordinating site visits, supervising Night Managers, staffing to meet client needs, using CRM to inspect and bill, scheduling non-routine activities, maintaining BIS/Exhibit A/MSDS sheets, and communicating client issues to leadership and contractors. Requires 3-5+ years in sales/management within building maintenance or facility management, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and daily travel to client sites. Location-based Findlay, Ohio role with in-person work, base salary plus commissions, and a focus on client retention and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 plus year’s sales and management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent experience
- 3+ years track record of success in a client retention role, with goals and metrics to support
- High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree highly desirable
- Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments
- Positive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships
- Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database
- Ability to travel on a daily basis to client locations
