Job Summary
Account Manager for City Wide Facility Solutions to lead client engagement, retention, ascension and referral initiatives, driving satisfaction and add-on sales. Serve as the focal point of contact for clients, manage relationships with Independent Contractors and crew members, ensure work meets quality standards, and lead policy execution for client service. Requires 3+ years in client-retention, strong communication, CRM proficiency, travel to client locations, and a high-energy, detail-oriented approach. Compensation features a six-figure opportunity with base salary and bonus/commission (OTE of $100k+); safety-sensitive position with pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly desirable
- 3+ years track record of success in a client retention role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database
- Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel on a daily basis to client locations
