Job Summary
Account Manager for Chubb Workplace Solutions to manage broker/client relationships and oversee post-enrollment support for voluntary benefit products. Serves as the liaison between external brokers and employer clients and internal home-office teams, collaborating with Sales Operations leaders and BDMs to communicate the servicing value proposition, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of services. Responsible for reservicing of existing accounts annually, coordinating with the Implementation Team for transitions to home office operations, supporting clients and brokers promptly, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts through retention and cross-sell efforts. Requires strong relationship-building, communication, issue-resolution, and organizational skills; travel as needed. Will participate in broker finalist presentations, support billing/reporting activities, and contribute to strategic account planning with senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree or equivalency strongly preferred; equivalent work experience may substitute
- Experience with voluntary benefit case setup and lifecycle
- Familiarity with enrollment platforms such as Common Census or Selerix
- Ability to travel as needed
