Job Summary
Support sales growth and customer success for advanced analytical and scientific instruments by developing and expanding customer relationships across pharmaceutical, environmental, industrial, food safety, healthcare, and academic research markets. Represent the comprehensive portfolio of instruments, consumables, and services while helping customers make informed decisions in research, quality control, and process improvement. Execute strategic sales plans using consultative selling and negotiation skills, leveraging technical knowledge of analytical instrumentation and laboratory workflows. Maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while utilizing CRM systems and MS Office suite. Requires a Master's degree, five years of sales experience in analytical instrument markets, and ability to travel up to 70% with a valid driver's license.
