Job Summary
Dermatology skincare professional role promoting Galderma’s consumer skincare portfolio to healthcare providers, planning and executing field-based promotion activities, delivering face-to-face sales calls, distributing product samples, and attending meetings. Responsible for meeting or exceeding portfolio KPIs, utilizing sales tools and CRM to analyze trends, managing resources (budget, samples, peer programs), and developing relationships with providers and staff within the assigned territory; occasional evening/weekend travel and medical meetings/conferences as needed across the Chicago area. Includes collaboration with healthcare professionals, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM software; hybrid/remote considerations noted in overall program. Next steps include virtual conversations and panel discussions with the extended team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university is required
- Two (2) years of outside business to business sales experience preferred
- Possess valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel overnight as needed is required
