Job Summary
Account Manager CQ drives engagement, increases reservation availability, and decreases churn for OpenTable's restaurant customers. You will manage daily customer cases, share data with restaurants to drive adoption, and train customers remotely via calls, email, and webinars. The role requires fluency in French and English, strong relationship-building across departments, and the ability to present new perspectives to customers that influence business decisions. Experience in account management, knowledge of restaurant operations, data-driven decision making, and Salesforce familiarity are highly valued. Required Qualifications
- Account management experience
- Proven record of consultative selling and/or account management
- Deep knowledge of restaurant operations
- Self-motivated with ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication, listening, influencing and training skills
- Strong presentation and data-driven persuasion abilities
- Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM is a plus
- Bilingual - English and French
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
