Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive management services to a portfolio of captive insurance companies, focusing on financial statement preparation, regulatory compliance, and client relationship management. Liaise with brokers, regulators, and service providers while monitoring exposures, risk transfer pricing, and domicile solvency requirements. Manage cash requirements, oversee investment managers, and ensure adherence to accounting practices and corporate governance. Assist with underwriting documentation, obtain necessary approvals, and coordinate board meetings to ensure timely production of accurate financial reports and minutes. Support strategic initiatives and provide input on operational issues while leveraging AI-enabled tools responsibly to enhance productivity and safeguard confidential information.
