Account Manager

Account Manager to promote CaptionCall by visiting Hearing Healthcare Providers and Senior Community Administrators, demonstrating the CaptionCall phone/service, generating leads, and building/managing Provider Accounts. Responsibilities include managing a geographic territory through in-person presentations/events, assisting with patient certification/referral processes with Hearing Care Professionals when assigned, representing CaptionCall at events, adhering to compliance policies, and using the company CRM to log activities. Must have strong customer service, ability to present to groups, travel as needed (0-25%), and the ability to work independently with reliability and integrity given access to confidential information.
