Job Summary
Senior Account Manager, Business Insurance at MMA: manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to deliver best-in-class service and drive growth; provide coverage analysis, risk management recommendations, and negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers; prepare proposals and resolve billing issues; mentor Client Service Associates by developing their policy-checking skills and coverage knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Insurance
- Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain in 90 days)
- Insurance designations (INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future
