Job Summary
Account Manager - Business Development role within UPS focusing on B2B client management in a defined geographic area. Responsibilities include searching and developing potential clients to meet monthly sales targets, establishing relationships with customers per organizational goals, analyzing customer needs and presenting UPS services, preparing bids, retaining and expanding active clients in the portfolio, completing maintenance and problem resolution, sales management of the client portfolio, monitoring sales via reports and internal systems, and pursuing new business development. Qualifications require a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, strong communication skills, willingness to travel, Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability to work a flexible shift up to 5 days per week. Location for this listing is Pune, India (INMWP) with on-site requirements.
