Job Summary
Account Manager, Business at Desjardins manages prestige client relationships and leads the link between clients and the organization to ensure products and services meet client needs while driving profitability. Strong interpersonal savvy is essential, and you will balance client satisfaction with organizational goals while leveraging extensive knowledge of the organization and line of business to influence outcomes. The position requires leading with a strategic mindset, influencing stakeholders, and driving results across complex client scenarios, with bilingual communication in French and English as part of the duties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English
