Job Summary
As a Business Account Manager, you will build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate and group clients, identify and analyze member/client needs, tailor integrated service offers to balance satisfaction, profitability, and risk, and negotiate terms. You will help set sales objectives and develop action plans aligned with the business plan, solicit and develop personal business relationships with clients to promote Desjardins’ products and services, monitor industry opportunities for business development, and actively participate in public relations and community presence. You will operate with a high degree of interpersonal savvy, communication effectiveness, and a thorough understanding of clients’ needs to drive results across multiple distribution channels. Bilingual French and English capabilities and a minimum six years of relevant experience are required, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
