Job Summary
Account Manager - Broker Partnerships responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with broker partners in the North of the UK and Scotland, driving territory targets and commercial performance. Role involves forecasting and delivering against targets, growing adoption of additional services (eg RMT/Insurance), ensuring high-quality partner support and service, coordinating internal resources to maximize partner profitability, and evolving processes to support partner and customer outcomes. Builds relationships with key partner stakeholders, brings continuous improvement to partner relationships, and conducts regular meetings (face-to-face where appropriate with virtual meetings). Requires strong understanding of sales processes, customer dynamics, and field-based commercial activity, ability to earn trust, retain clients, and deepen engagement in a partner-driven environment, and the capacity to operate with data to inform commercial or service decisions. Emphasizes accountability, clear communication, autonomy, and the use of tools to manage partner accounts. Also notes a strong alignment with Ayvens’ sustainable mobility focus and collaborative, authentic workplace culture.
