Account Manager

Account Manager for BrightView Landscapes oversees a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, serving as the primary point of contact to build long-term relationships that promote client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales. Responsible for overseeing field operations, developing accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients, delivering timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects, generating referrals, maintaining strong client relations, conducting site walkthroughs, resolving client concerns, ensuring timely account renewals, proactively addressing site enhancement needs, and collaborating with the Operations Manager to meet service delivery expectations. Also supports hiring, training, and coaching field crews, enforces safety policies, ensures branch financial goals through margins on base and ancillary services, and assists the Branch Manager in leadership duties. Requires effective CRM documentation, travel to job sites, and the ability to work in a field/office hybrid environment with both indoor/outdoor work; the role is full-time with benefits and growth opportunities. Educational requirement bases include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (or equivalent experience), and a minimum of 3 years in customer service/leadership within landscaping or related industries.
