Job Summary
Oversee field operations for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients by conducting regular site walkthroughs, resolving client concerns, and assessing enhancement needs. Develop accurate estimates, deliver bid proposals, and pursue ancillary sales opportunities while generating referrals for the Business Developer team. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations, support hiring and coaching of field crews, and maintain proper account documentation in the CRM system. Monitor accounts receivable levels and enforce safety policies to meet branch financial goals. This role requires a combination of mobile and sedentary work, with more than half the time spent working away from BrightView's places of business.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership
- Preferably in the landscaping industry or local marketplace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
- Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment/system, such as a laptop, cell phone, and sales and operational programs/tools
- Ability to travel by car, train, and plane
- Ability to traverse uneven grounds and walk on job sites with clients and the branch team for periods of time up to 4 hours
- Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur
