Job Summary
Account Manager for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients: build long-term relationships, promote client satisfaction and ancillary sales, oversee field operations, develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new/enhancement projects, deliver bid proposals and designs, generate referrals, maintain CRM records, conduct site walkthroughs, resolve client issues, ensure timely account renewals, collaborate with Operations Manager to meet service delivery and quality standards, coach field crews, enforce safety policies, and help meet branch financial goals; frequent travel to job sites and a combination of field and office work in a client-facing role with BrightView Landscapes.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in the landscaping industry or local marketplace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
- Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork
