Job Summary

Account Manager overseeing a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, serving as the primary point of contact, driving client satisfaction and retention, and coordinating field operations. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to sell ancillary (enhancement) services, developing estimates and takeoffs, delivering bid proposals/designs, generating referrals, building long-term client relationships, conducting site walkthroughs, resolving client concerns, ensuring timely account renewals, proactively addressing site enhancement needs, collaborating with Operations to meet service delivery goals, scheduling site visits for quality reviews, supporting hiring/training of field crews, enforcing safety policies, and helping meet branch financial goals through base contracts and ancillary services. Requires Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 3+ years of customer-service/leadership experience, strong written/verbal communication, and demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in the landscaping industry or local marketplace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
