Job Summary
Manage a book of commercial properties receiving landscape maintenance services; communicate observations to clients to improve properties; obtain contract renewals; sell new maintenance accounts and enhancements; inspect properties for quality control; daily management of crews and equipment; bid and sell new maintenance accounts within the service area; conduct monthly site visits and update contacts; monitor irrigation and turf health, adjust clocks as needed, and report repairs; write up work orders and provide proposals to clients; recommend enhancements to meet or exceed sales goals; coordinate with Production Manager; conduct annual reviews of crews and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager
- Experience and knowledge of irrigation systems
- PNW plant identification
- plant insect & disease diagnosis
