Job Summary
Lead Brand PR strategies and campaigns with a focus on Influencer Marketing, developing creative proposals and managing relationships with influencers, media, and stakeholders. Identify and select influencers, negotiate contracts, coordinate product shipments, and oversee event activations while tracking campaign performance against objectives. Manage account budgets and lead the internal team through client presentations, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals. Requires 4-6 years of experience in communication, advertising, or international relations, with a strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem and ability to execute multi-project management.
Required Qualifications
- Professional in Social Communication and Journalism, Advertising, International Relations or related careers
- 4 to 6 years of experience
- Experience preferably in agencies
- Leading communication and brand positioning strategies
- Focus on Influencer Marketing
- Campaign development
- Creative idea generation
- Ability to lead accounts and teams
- Ability to develop proposals that connect brands with their audiences
- Ability to manage campaigns integrally with influencers, media and other relevant actors
- Creativity and ability to convert trends and conversations into ideas for brands
- Knowledge of the influencer and content creator ecosystem
- Ability to build solid relationships with influencers, media, clients and internal teams
- Strategic thinking and judgment to connect creative ideas with business and communication objectives
