Account Manager responsible for maintaining commitments to ecommerce clients, managing order processing and inventory control, developing forecasts, coordinating with Operations, and driving profitability. Key duties include organizing weekly client calls, reviewing forecasts, conducting quarterly business reviews and on-site visits, resolving service tickets, coordinating special projects and cost/timeline management, and coaching Account Coordinators. Requires experience in account management or related service-oriented roles, strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with MS Office; experience in e-commerce, distribution, and wholesale fulfilment is a plus. Must thrive in a proactive, cross-functional, client-focused environment.
