Job Summary
Account Manager supporting an Account Executive to manage and grow assigned accounts in the cybersecurity domain. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, acting as liaison between customers, vendors, and GuidePoint resources, developing product/industry knowledge and vendor relationships, driving higher-touch engagement with the AE’s customer base, managing opportunities for renewals and upsell, promoting marketing communications to account base, and supporting forecast management. Requires proven Inside Sales experience, cybersecurity experience, strong communication skills, teamwork, and Salesforce.com experience. Remote work is available for US-based applicants; travel may be required for certain roles. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
