Job Summary
Account Manager – Bookkeeping & Client Advisory role overseeing bookkeeping for a portfolio of small business clients. Serves as primary contact for client relationships, ensures accurate and timely books, reviews and guides bookkeeping work, and supports advisory services development. Responsibilities include client relationship management, client communication, bookkeeping oversight, review of financial work (transactions, reconciliations, month-end close), team leadership and development for bookkeepers, advisory insight to identify trends/opportunities, service expansion discussions with leadership, workflow optimization, and effective use of company tools to improve service delivery. Requires strong bookkeeping knowledge, attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset. Flexible work-from-home options available.
Required Qualifications
- QBO Certification Level 1 and 2 required
- QBO Payroll Certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of management or team leadership experience required
- Prior experience managing bookkeeping clients or reviewing bookkeeping work is preferred
