Job Summary
Prospect new accounts by contacting Chief Engineers, Property Managers, and Asset Managers, then develop and maintain relationships with clients across vertical markets. Deliver sales presentations and review proposal documents including financial and technical sections to maximize sales growth and profitability. Manage client pricing, payments, and accounts receivable while coordinating with Operations, project management, and sales teams to meet annual sales plans. Participate in industry trade shows and attend product training to support sales objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC commercial service or a related field
- Relevant technical experience, preferably in a Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance environment
- Strong customer presentation skills
- Sales aptitude
- Financial acumen

- Strong computer skills using MS Office, particularly Excel
