Job Summary
Strategic Account Manager responsible for driving net revenue retention across a portfolio of high-value customers, owning renewals and expansions end-to-end, anchoring executive relationships, leading QBRs and account planning, and translating delivery progress into commercial opportunities. Collaborates with Delivery/Engineering to translate product usage and workflow impact into renewals, upsells, and multi-year expansions; maintains CRM/audience maps, playbooks, and risk flags to support predictable revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying or revenue-owning account management role (B2B)
- Proven history managing individual accounts $300K+ ACV
- a $1M+ book of business
- full-cycle renewals + expansions
- comfortable selling into multiple stakeholders (economic buyer, champion, operators, technical)
- strong commercial instincts for renewal and expansion
- executive presence credible with VP/C-suite
- process-oriented with clean pipelines and reporting
- technical fluency to understand AI solutions and deployments
