Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for owning client relationships, coordinating between clients, field crews, irrigation technicians, and internal teams; develop proposals and oversee service delivery, ensure timely responses (24 hours for client concerns, 2 hours for emergencies), maintain documentation (approvals, work orders, maps, photos), and collaborate with Business Development to onboard new clients. Requires strong communication, industry knowledge in landscape maintenance and irrigation, proficiency with Google Workspace, and a customer-centric mindset. Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years in related roles; ability to visit sites frequently in Las Vegas area.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years Experience in landscape management, customer relations, or account management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field preferred
- Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean record
